Huai'an Project is located in Dadong Town, Lianshui County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, and was established on December 21, 2012 as a livelihood infrastructure in Lianshui County. The construction scale of the project is two 400t/d incinerators with one 12MW pure condensing turbine-generator set, synchronized with the construction of dust removal, desulfurization, denitrification and other environmental protection facilities. The project covers a total area of about 70 acres, with a total investment of about 450 million yuan, the project was completed in August 2020, the overall test run of the unit and put into operation, with an annual domestic waste treatment capacity of about 300,000 tons and an annual online power generation capacity of about 96 million degrees, which realizes efficient and environmentally friendly treatment of domestic waste, and combines with the project's local conditions, the synergistic disposal of the surrounding medical wastes, pesticide packaging wastes, as well as general In addition, in combination with the local conditions of the project, it co-disposes of medical waste, pesticide packaging waste and general industrial solid waste in the surrounding area, and successfully converts the heat energy in the solid waste into electricity to provide clean energy for the local residents.
