With the development of national energy and environment as the goal, based on the scientific research advantages of Tsinghua University, Tongji University, University of Science and Technology Beijing and other major universities and global research, Tus Energy and Environment Research Institute builds a platform for scientific and technological achievements transformation covering the whole environmental industry chain, and has successively set up a number of technology research and development centers and state-level innovation centers. Now it has hired more than 6 academicians in the field of energy and environmental protection, and more than 20 professors or experts to become members of the technical committee, integrating technology research and development, achievement transformation, talent cultivation, financial services and enterprise development, opening up the boundaries of energy and environmental protection through technological integration, transforming technological achievements into productivity, realizing the enhancement of asset returns, and allowing more science and technology to go to the market to serve the environmental industry. In recent years, Tus Energy and Environment Research Institute has actively undertaken national and local research projects, and has completed 8 national and provincial projects, 4 national and local projects, and achieved more than 600 patents including more than 200 invention patents.
