Mr. WANG Yi, born in 1986, an EMBA of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, previously served as Deputy Secretary-general of Datong Municipal People’s Government (temporary post), Vice President of Beijing Tus Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and President of Datong Tus Future Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. He is currently Chairman of the Eleventh Board of Directors of the Company.
